Karen Toth is a seasoned executive from Pensacola, Florida, with over 20 years of experience in business administration, telecommunications and biotechnology. Karen began her career as co-founder and chief executive officer of Paradigm Telecom, Inc. in 2001, where she successfully built and managed a start-up telecommunications company. Her leadership, effective communication skills, strategic planning and emphasis on building high-performance teams helped the company become an industry leader in establishing strategic new markets, delivering telecom products and services in new and reliable ways, and implementing advanced telecom technology. In 2017, Karen sold the company to invest in a start-up company, Activz Global, LLC, which focuses on human sustainability through innovative biotechnology and epigenetic products.
